Key Responsibilities
- Enhance administrative processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and accessible files through efficient filing systems and regular audits.
- Develop and manage ISO 9001 Quality Manuals, ensuring compliance with standards through audits and certifications.
- Create and update quality-related documents promptly, ensuring their relevance through periodic reviews.
- Design and implement processes to optimize operational efficiency.
- Supervise maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance preventive maintenance practices.
- Ensure financial records are accurate and budgets are adhered to, with oversight from financial audits.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and oversee successful development project execution.
- Handle regulatory inquiries and requests in a timely and compliant manner.
- Manage student communication effectively, maintaining high satisfaction and resolving queries promptly.
- Support lecture delivery, assessing performance through student feedback and metrics.
- Ensure examination processes are accurate and secure, evaluating through audit results.
Skills and Experience Required
- Class 2 or 1 Mariner with relevant STCW training and experience.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, with a strong background in administration, quality management, and financial oversight.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
