Senior Software Project Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Understand the project requirements clearly and ensure that the team is equipped with the required level of clarity and use communication and leadership skills to establish common understanding of project timelines, milestones, and expectations on delivery across internal and external teams.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan using Project Management software and execute all stages of the implementation using Agile methodologies.

• Detailed project tracking, monitoring progress & reporting the progress leading to project closure.

• Effectively manage the project RAID proactively and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Communicate as needed with third-party providers and effectively manage client expectations.

• Own the project revenue and profit margins and take proactive measures accordingly.

• Contribute to uplifting delivery rigor across the organization.

• Contribution towards pre-sales engagements & provide insights to strategic management.

• Foster a culture of innovation & excellence within the organization.

• Ensure project metrics are monitored throughout the project cycle.

• Manage, drive, facilitate & coach the project teams toward success and mentor the junior team members.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree, with a technology or business emphasis, or equivalent.

• Completion of the PMP certification would be an added advantage.

• 12-15 years of solid experience in software Project Management.

• Previous experience in handling foreign clients directly isa must.

• Excelled in wider stakeholder management.

• Critical thinking to analyze complex situations and independently determine theappropriate course of action.
