Executive - Campaign Management
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads to drive conversions and revenue growth.
- Set up and manage tracking across paid media platforms using Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and other tracking tools to ensure accurate data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze campaign performance and build data-driven reports, dashboards, and insights that guide future media investments on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve efficiency, reduce CPA, and enhance ROAS through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid strategies.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce and B2B campaign tracking and optimization is key.
- Benchmark performance across all online channels and provide advice on KPIs based on performance analysis.
- Reporting on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends, and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data.
- Analyzing online user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis, and multi-channel attribution.
- Discovering opportunities to use innovative methodologies and improve the analytical procedure.
Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid media campaign management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) – E-commerce & B2B experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Management, Marketing, IT, Statistics, or related field is preferred.
- Working knowledge of various digital tools and platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads
- Strong expertise in tracking, attribution modeling, and GA4 setup – ability to troubleshoot and optimize tracking implementations.
- Proven ability to launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns with a focus on performance marketing and conversion optimization.
- Experience with reporting, analytics, and data interpretation to provide actionable insights and improve paid media strategy.
- Google Ads/Analytics/ or any other Certification is preferred
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce and B2B campaign tracking and optimization will be key.
